What should I wear?
Shorts or capris, tank top or t-shirt, sports bra and bare feet. Basically wear whatever you feel most comfortable to workout in.

What exactly do you do at Body Evolution Studios?
Body Evolution Studios offers you a little bit of everything. If you are a Pole Dancer it is guaranteed to help you become a well rounded performer focusing on building strength and muscles through fitness classes, drills and regular pole classes, increasing flexibility with yoga and stretch classes etc. Pole Dancer or not we are here to cater to each individuals needs. Providing you with a positive, fun, supportive, stress free environment to workout in.
Can I Drop-In to classes or do I have to book ahead of time?
It is always best to book in ahead of time as spots are limited, however if you do drop in without reserving your spot we will always do our best to accommodate you.
My fitness level is low, will I be able to keep up?
Yes of course, everyone’s fitness journey starts somewhere and all of our fitness classes are designed in a progressive nature allowing you to work at your own pace.
How old do I have to be to attend class?
18 and up! However in special situations and with parental consent you may request to join.

What if I have taken classes before at another studio?
Not to worry, we will review what you have already learnt and continue on from there.
Privates / One on One classes make me nervous do you have another option?
Yes of course, we offer a program called “2 can Pole”, where you can join with a friend and you can learn together.
Will I get injured?
With anything in fitness there is always the risk of injury, that being said our instructors are fully certified, very knowledgeable and are here to help prevent injury.
What can I expect from my first class?
At your first class you will be shown the ins and outs of the studio and we will review studio etiquette. You will then be introduced to the amazing work of Pole Fitness. During your class you will warm up, learn how to use the Pole properly, learn a spin and how to get around the pole, then you will stretch & cool down. At the end of your class you will have time to speak with your instructor about your goals and customise your workout plan.
I have no upper body strength, can I still take class?
Yes of course! This is where and how you build up your upper body!
